On November 22, 2002 the Board of Curators of the University of Missouri voted
unanimously to approve the EDF proposal t construct a Wingate Hotel at the ninth
hole of the Missouri Bluffs Golf Course. The golf course is located in the
Missouri Research Park over looking the Missouri River at St. Louis.
This
Project could not have happened without the continuing long term support of you
the developer. This is truly the new dawn of our financial future. The coming
days will bring greater things.
